Established in 2009 as a mobile catering service, Iron Imu BBQ Company has now opened a casual, family friendly BBQ restaurant on Maui. Located on the south side of the picture-perfect Napili Bay, in the Napili Shores Resort, Iron Imu BBQ serves Southern Style BBQ, specializing in smoked meats and good ‘ole country sides like Grandpa Ford’s Mac & Chz, BBQ bacon green beans, and corn casserole. If not every member of your group is hankering for meat, Iron Imu BBQ also serves Blackened Fish and large U-15 Butter Boiled Shrimp with tasty vegetarian sides like the Tropical 5 Bean Bake, and Mimi’s Sweet Pepper Slaw.
Owners Rob & Kristin Wheeler want you to savor their beautifully pink, smoke ringed ribs or low and slow smoked brisket as if you are relaxing at a weekend backyard BBQ and filling up on delicious country cooking. Take your time, let the little Buckaroos play in the kids room, sip on a cold beverage, and watch the sunset while you enjoy Southern hospitality with an Aloha twist.
